pizza al taglio is done baking twice the dough, first time is a pre-cooking where where we create a surface to fill with toppings, the second phase is the final toppings cooking. We do it in our professional oven (on around 300 degrees on stone), but you can reach a similar  result in your domestic oven. Optimal is if you have a pizza- firestone (easy to order or find)
